Delivery related
You can track the status of your order in your Order History.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a SMS on your registered cell number.
This SMS will contain an OTP (one time password) for receiving your parcel.
Once the delivery arrives, you will give this OTP to the delivery person to verify yourself.
This is to ensure that we are indeed delivered your order to the correct recipient.
Note: this system currently only applies to Johannesburg area which the delivery is handled by Amanani Logistics.

Currently we only offer Pay on Delivery option in certain areas in Johannesburg. We will roll out to more areas soon.
